First week of lessons and I can see 4 projects/reports floating and hovering around me. So many things to do but so little time!! Just now I was shopping around for interesting projects that I can undertake with my lecturers/supervisors for my drug therapy and neuropharmacology subjects. Now I'm lost and spoilt with choices. Medicinal chem? Asthma pharmacology? Next, I have to start selecting which chemistry labs i want work in for the second half of the semester, organic or inorganic.....pulling power of inorganic is high....
And kendo competition, Founders Cup is nearing soon in Wollongong Uni plus grading! Can't wait. Uni games coming soon! Yeah!! Trip to Gold Coast to represent my uni and trash other unis! And I hope my plans go accordingly so that I can make a trip to Brisbane to play and visit friends.
I have to start getting motivated!

Finally getting down to get a perm....its a expensive blow but probably its once only thingy. Someone make fun of me saying I look like Shen Dian Xia. =.=

HY and my parents came to Sydney to visit and have a nice holiday with us. We visited some places that I didn't have a chance to visit. This was a good time to discover Sydney abit more. Pylon Look Out point at the Syddney Bridge, Sydney Tower, Blue Mountains on a trolley bus not walking till legs breaking, Fish Market seafood lunch feast, Manly beach, French cafe, Button shop to search your missing buttons, fooling around in Royal Botanical gardens, being kaisu people queuing up for imperial puffs and acting like kids on the swing!
Pylon Look Out point was a place to know more about the history of the bridge as well as a close encounter with it plus have a nice view of the Sydney Opera House from above. Just a place to grin and have your hair in your face.
Sydney Tower wasn't that interesting, its just a 360 degrees view of this city plus there wasn't any commentary available. No information about the amazing scenery out there. However, there's a old man with a stall that sells amazing accurate cuttings of silhouettes. There was even a framed up silhoutte of Princess Diana. This master has to just look at your right side view and cut out the shape.
We toured several locations of Blue Mountains on trolley bus in 3-4 hours without having to walk for ages. Now my parents can claimed that they have witness the famed Three Sisters from a distance, look at mini cascades plus enjoying the scenery on the Skyway, Cableway and Railway. Now i need to coerce people to go Jenolan caves, abseiling etc...Really must find bf?!
Plus I get to eat sumptuous seafood platter at the Fish Market, courtesy of my dad. Slurping down half a dozen of Sydney Rock oysters...Oh my...must control myself.
Manly beach wasn't any different from Bondi beach. Now I'm interested in water sports! Woo....diving sure looks delicious but need $$....I don't mind snokelling but have no one interested in it...Blah...Kayaking!! I want to do it at least once in Aust, Li Leng where are you when I need you???
Woo..there's a nice authentic French cafe down at Rocks near Circular Quey serving deliciously decorated cakes that wait to be admired rather than eaten. Cakes are really light and delicate. It's a must try!
There was a button shop as well near the Rocks, selling any possible button available if i'm not exaggerating. Any missing buttons, be it rare or common, come and try your luck here.
Royal Botanical Garden is a good place to laze with your bf.
Being kaisu people from a kaisu country, how can we not queue for imperial puffs stuffed with custard?? They are the the best in town in Chinatown.
And lastly...need same frequency people on a trip to Snowy Mountains.
