Today, instead of French normal lessons we watched a French movie! The show is called He loves me he loves me not. About half of the 2h movie, it was how this girl Angeline was in love with a married cardiologist, Luoic. She sent a flower to him on his birthday, waiting for him to visit her that night but didn't. She often send him gifts and often write romantic messages even though the guy is married. All the while we are watching a extra-marrital affair where this Angeline was dumped by the guy and was so depressed that she commited suicide. At this point, the image electrocadiogram came into the picture. The heart beats from normal to zero then it reverses all the way to the beginning of the movie. I thought we were watching this movie again. But instead now it was Luoic point of view! That means in the first half we watched what and how was Aneline was feeling and thinking. Then we watched Luoic's. It was a cleverly cheorograph movie where pieces fall into place when u watch the guy's point of view. This guy was stalked by this mysteral lady who is Angeline all the while! The guy receives a rose from a stranger and dismiss it as a ardent patient. The stalker knows his birthday and beg the florist to deliver the rose. While playing in a park with his friend's son, some drawings of him were laid on a bench while he was resting. The stalker was sketching him from a far. A painting was hung in his office that resembles him from a friend. His wife brought it home only to discover there were lovey dovey messages and got angry. The guy protests that he doesn't know. Poor guy. Then next day, the stalker makes a duplicate key to her house under her care. The guy's wife discovered the key and words that say,"I'll will be waiting at home." And got really angry and moved back to her mother's house. He got really fustrated and helpless as to who is ruining his life. There was a scene where Luoic was arrested for assualt and featured on tv, Angeline was watching. The woman Luoic assualted died. Then Luoic biazare behaviour of assualting was due to Angeline's unique "gift". After Angeline's and Luoic's point of view in the movie, the movie came back to the events that happen after Angeline's suicuide. She assualted Luoic when he's trying to move away and end up in mental hospital. But when the film ends, u can get the feeling that she will be back to haunt Luoic again even though she was release from mental hospital.

A full week of non stop ofwork....really tiring. Dpp counselling on tues, followed by PMT quiz and french presentation, preparation of dpp lab report and PA2 quiz together with french vocab test. Within a week, I have to sit for so many. Dpp counselling was overall ok for our group. But there are some questions thrown back to me to answer and luckily for me i have helpful group members. Practically we have to know most of the medication for treating asthma and others in the coming weeks. Some jokes were cracked that made the environment not as tense and uneasy. After 1h, the whole counseulling is over for PBL2! Yeah..But PMT quiz is not as great, i'll be happy to pass for this test. I was so sleepy that i dose off during studying which makes me mad at myself. After that still have to stress over the french presentation, got bit pek chek when my grp member still haven't finish his slides?! He only came to class 1h30mins later.....wonder what he was doing...i thought our grp presentation wasn't that great. I tried to make it sound interesting by saying some origins and evolution of the festivals over the years. I could hear my trembling voice! Dpp counselling on constipation drugs was enjoyable when mr koh explain to me some pts about the drugs as well as give feedback. He told me that he like the way i present the MOA of drugs in simple terms to the patient of how the drugs help in his condition. Three drugs with their respective action on the body. He advise me to go through with patient about the proper usage of suppository instead of leaving patient to read for himself. Mr Koh correct my mistakes of explaining why Fybogel can't be taken before going to bed, by hinting about Fybogel's MOA. It can make you feel bloated before sleep plus might respiratory discomfort. Today, after PA2 quiz which i strangle slightly with time and studying 3h for french vocab test, i managed to eat the uncle's ice cream at city hall mrt station! The uncle's ice cream is only around till 6pm before he ride off in his motorised stall. The uncle seem to recognize me after frequent visits to buy the same ice cream. I love the ice cream which is probably made by him are scooped from a big container into a cup which happen to come in different colours every time i patronize. I particularly like the not so sweet ice cream flavours of vanilla with crunchy peanuts and chocolate. There was once he told me there is mango but was bit too sweet compared to others but nice though. Today i got mint ice cream too! Weee...uncle so kind... he tried to squeeze some more ice cream for me! Its a nice treat that helps to destress. Sins of ice cream!

Saturday i recieved news of my grandmother who had pass away. It felt like a shock that she had left even though though elderly people upon going hospital has a high chance of contracting pneumonia. My father's voice was calm when he broke the news. Service was held at my grandmother's house in Woskel Road on sunday 8.30pm. Since my grandmother is a christian as well as some of his children, christian service is conducted. We sang some songs, heard a testimony narrated by my aunt and listen to the pastor's preaching. All this while, i was strong enough to hold back my tears but without knowing it, tears blurred my vision and can feel them flowing down my face. Maybe I felt slightly closer to my grandmother than my aunt. I remembered her as 和蔼可亲 who likes to smile at times, really motherly. And not to forget her delicious Peranakan food which i get to savour every chinese new year eve except these few years when she had difficulties in walking hence left the cooking to the maid. I love her dishes which include salted vege and duck soup, ngoh haing, curry chicken, vege etc. My mom add a dish of abalone as well. The duck soup is really rich and sweet but bit oily. Ngoh hiang and curry chicken are sinful food...lolz..My father only regards his mom's curry as the best. You can't get it out from instant curry. I think her life had been fulfilling so far, having a family to care for her and being a great grandmother, she should not have any regrets.

Yesterday, ate indian rojak at waterloo street! Its superb...yea...Its located at Blk 261 Waterloo Street in a coffee shop and stall name is SAJIS Indian Food. Its thanks to my mom who introduced me to this famous stall which also featured in Life Eats! book. There are around 10 items to pick and choose to ur hearts content.Items range from fish cakes, potatoes, flour pastries, prawn pastry to squid. And the stall owner is kind enough to warm up the food and give handsome amounts of tasty chilli sauce to go with the rojak. The sauce is heavenly! Have a go and you will not regret it.

Lost my ezy link card in school...hopefully someone kind enough to return it to school...this ez link card hasn't make my life any easy now...
Feeling bit down....Attended my aunt's funeral cremation in Mandai Crematorium on Sunday. Buddhists rites were held at the void deck while relatives take a last look and send her off. Some preyed with josh sticks while others just say their blessings. And undergo the procession of sending the deceased along the road, it was a heart wrenching moment. At the Mandai Crematorium, we were led to a small auditorium to conduct more rites while the coffin was automated to the far end of the room. After that, we were led to another room to witness the cremation. Before long the coffin was automated slowly into a furnace, emotions ran high in the room and couldn't bare wetting my eyes. Life can be unpredictable, if u have to go u just have to, there's no stopping it. Sometimes I think life's a story, my parents help me fill in my first words. Then I add some more words or even erase some of their words. Then finally, I weave my other half of the book with my final words. Its like a process, study, work to sustain life and live my final years till the time has come....
