Today, went for modern dance at Waterloo Street...was worrying about the teacher, he's quite stern on the first lesson, name's Albert by the way. Today, surprisingly he's more patient today plus cracking a few jokes~ Must be mood swings last Sat plus so many people crammed in that dance floor. Today, a smaller group of 10 so i guess its easier to teach. Teaching similar steps taught last week and some new moves...beginning to enjoy because of a more relax environment plus dun have to pai seh in front of "too" many people. And oso not many as pro...lolz....after that, joynes and myself went to enquire about some chinese musical instruments lessons just next door, Hsinghai Art Association about Gu Zhen, Er hu and Di Zi. In the end, only Gu Zhen is available and yes! i registered for Gu Zhen lessons! Must be watching too much hk period dramas.....love the chinese music....Eternal Happiness and Lofty Waters Verdant Bow, both have my fav lead actor and actress in the shows! But i dunno the actress name!!! Only know the male actor, Ling Feng!!!!

After 3pm, met up with my ex GESS friends!!! They have finished A lvls!!! Woohoo for them! I quickly bought 2 identical white teddies with different messages for them, both of them have the same birthdays. Make me broke...And we sat down at Coffee Bean and chatted for about 2 hours. Dinner after that and some pictures too! Plus some photo cards too! ah....they look abit older...heh...must be the hair........

wahhahaha....finally the pics i want it to appear will appear at where i want plus the music i wanted insert is now available for sharing with everyone who visits my blog!! Yes!! I have done it!! Now looking for html command to only repeat music files for a few times rather then looping. So ur can listen to the short music pieces below my blog..
I got myself FF Tactics Advance for GBA!!! At a second hand price!! Quite pleased with the price!! Will bejamming on it soon!!!
And getting FFX OST from cdjapan!! A bit heart ache at the price but i'm sure i'll like the music!

Yesterday...went dentist to pull another 2 more teeth to get ready for bracing.....doom's day coming...aching is unavoidable....now my mouth aching....haiz...
Dr Tan first apply anesthesia followed by injection in the gums that felt like ant's bite. Then later he dunno insert 8 thingys in between my teeth...dunno for what.....forgot to ask, must check it out next week. Before i know it, he already pull out my teeth....now my mouth has two gapping holes and a crooked mouth. Funny thing is that the extracted teeth are not aching but the thingys he inserted between my teeth that upon biting gives aches!! Ahhh....an unrelated problem of aching!!

On the lighter mode.....i've finally completed Yuna's replica earrings! Yes! See pics on the right!!Shit i dunno how to directly load....always pictures cannot loaded......wonder y

Yesterday, went for a class of modern dance in Stamford Arts Centre along Waterloo Street. Was wondering am I too late to learn....normally people learn these when their young where parents will force their children to learn ballet.Always see children coming out of a school in Marina Parade in their pink tights and skirts....Pei'e,Audrey,Joynes and myself plus another pei'e 's friend were among the first to arrive. Before long, a group of Cedar girls came in to join the class. The instructor is male, and forgot what name. He showed us some steps and imitate his movements. It started slow and became mroe fast pace. I thought it was a beginners class where everyone know zilch in the art and how i was very wrong. Everyone just catch up pretty quick and i found myself falling behind into a tumultuous pit. How i wish i can just bury my head! Haiz...The more i learn the more i get a feeling i'm learning ballet moves, but its actually modern dance. Everyone's moves were more graceful so unlike me, stumbling and pondering what i am doing.....this is far more embarrassing than the days i had to endure pain and exhaustion with canoeing. Dancing isn't an easy task as well as music coordination. My legs and hands do not seem to be in the right places....stiff and uncoorperative. What have i got myself into?? Plus the instructor make some suaning comments which make me feel partly directed at me. Well, what the heck since i want to try,so be it then. I may be bad at first but usually beginners tend to absorb more and improve more then veterans to the art. But i love BoA's freestyle kind of dancing but is nothing similar...anyway i'll try harder and not make a fool of myself.....now want to enquire about Di Zi,Er Hu and Gu Zhen.....

Finally, i got the music working!! Search the webbie for the html code....after experimenting for 2 hours....damn fustrating.Luckily nv choose a computer course...But the file only limited to 1mb, haiz....only can find short music pieces. That song ur listening is the combination of the Di Zi and Gu Zhen...very nice....i got it from the Eternal Happiness dvd.....haiz.....now i want to learn Di Zi and Gu Zhen........oh noooooooo

Recently just completed watching a hk serial drama call "Eternal Happines". Wah really can fall in love with it. The drama is so witty,humorous,heart-warming,heart breaking till have to watch to the very alst episode. I rented this serial as i found it quite nice when i pass by TS video just b4 exams. Its about a gir call "Mang Lai Kuan"l who likes to dress as a man. She encounter many trials and trabulations with a family, friends and her future husband to be, Wong Bao Siew Wah. Lover sounds too awful..hehheh....
Love the part where she left home dressing as a man, then something happen to her family. Her maid call "Ying Xiu "is mistaken as "Lai Kuan" and forced to marry the bully of her hometown. Then this Ying Xiu killed herself by jumping into the river but was save by the nine prince of the royalty. After knowing her plight and her loyalty to he and his wife became the princess.
On the other hand, "Lai Kuan" father "Mang Dai Fu"(a doc) was accused of murder and Lai Kuan save her father by sitting for imperial exam and became number 1 scholar. She can now address grievences regarding her father's case and cleverly manipulated the case to free her father. So during this process, the princess who is Ying Xiu had to marry according to her god father's wishes and is done so by throwing "wedding ball", who ever catches get to marry her...and it fell at "Lai Kuan"'s feet!!!! So its sooooooo sooooooo funny when they get married and await the surprise in the numtial chambers...i can laugh until pangs....hahahaha.......so its now reuniting of the "sisters"!!!!!!

Dunno u find it amusing but i do!!!!!

Yah...i like the theme song of the serial so much, i thought of ways to get it.... went to tvb webby hoping to get the song but cannot d/l then oso no cd on it. Went to search on google, my helpful pal..oso dun have..then my msn pal told me to try using microphone.... then "ting ting ting". Microphone can record the song!!!!!! PLus all the witty and mushy dialogue tooo!!!hahaha......all on my com now......what a day......

hehe....after buying ps2....bought some games i always wanted to try and somemore 'friendly" shop so near.....
1:grand theft auto vice city(wah kewl game,can high jack car and my fav Vespa lookalike, wack people and do all the evil deeds u'll nv do in real life)
2:Enter the Matrix(My pc version corrupted, cannot play so but ps2 version..play till head giddy)
3:Silent Scope 3(Play in arcade the earlier version so decided maybe cant beat the game in ps2 version)
4:Splinter Cell(Heard its good...tried and statsified)
5:Indiana Jones And the Emperor's Tomb( Like indy's movies plus i bought an original old pc indy game oso corrupted at a point so play ps2 version)
6:Sword of the Samurai(Like those i fight u and u fight me kind of game, bit boring)
7:Buffy the Vampire Slayer:Chaos Bleed ( 1 stage where i control Spike is super irritating, played for almost whole night still cannot cross stupid stage. Finally next day can pass it. Now left last stage...love the bashing and slaying of vamps)
8:FFX (anticipated game!! Bought ps2 due to this game...played so kewl....cool graphics and touching storyline but hard to play so chuck first play later)
9:Kingdom Hearts( the chars are kiddie versions of FF chars...kawai!!! Somemore got disney chars!! So playing this right now...but still at first king)
10: Xenosaga(recommended by people, which have gahpics better then FF series...dunno true anot..anyway try later)
10: Onimusha (my fave ninja game!!! got aniki's face!!!plus like the slashing with his samurai blade!!!)
11:007 nightfire(wanted James 007 Agent Under Fire game instead but nvm bought for 28 bucks instead of 60++...hehe...mistake of shopkeeper!!)
12:Time Crisis 3( yeah shooting game with guncon2)
13:Prince of Persia: Sands of Time(like the pc version of POP3D, but because its friendly oso corrupted when played halfway...haiz.....)
14: V rally (came free with the ps2, very hard to pass lvl)
15:World Rally Championships 2(bro bought..another racing game)

9.45am- Still surfing net
9.50am- Rush like dunno what...running into bathroom and comb my hair then rush down
9.55am- Ran back into house to get my specs
10.05am- Took a taxi to Shenton House
10.10am- Sitting on the dental's inclining chair
10.15am- A young lady came in who was at the counter just now
10.16am- Jitters because izzit her who is extracting my tooth?
10.18am- After 2 mins of jitters, she ask me whether i'm cold and nervous and just I replied no and yes respectively. My heart was pumping as fast as the clock infront of me. She told me Dr Tan is good at extraction and then I "huang ran da wu"
10.19am- Oh...she's a dental nurse not the doc...
10.20am- Dr Tan came in to check my teeth and sprayed anesthesia but later couldn't find specific locations of extraction of teeth on my patient's card.
10.21 to 10.25am- Dr Tan ask for clarification with Dr Yang, the one who is doing braces for me, about my teeth..so in the end only extract 1 instead of 3 first.
He told me to rinse my mouth too. I can feel my tooth and surrounding numbed..When i was about to rinse, I couldn't control my saliva and drip some on the chair...oh no..
10.28am-After confirming with the specific tooth, he gave my tooth another spray and informed the nurse to bring in the sterilized metallic tooth extractor. He carefully use it and extracted my tooth! I could feel something came off but there is no pain and the feeling is indescribable! He used cotton to stop any bleeding for a sec. And its done....must be the 500mg mefenamic acid i took in the morning and the doc's skill..hehe (During the whole preocess my eyes are closed)

U cannot blamed me for being scared leh...Got bad primary school memories...Even though i nv went to the primary school dental nurse or i might have forgotten...I heard horrible stories of the "evil" nurse that pluck off my classmates tooth and how painful the experience was...blah blah...Plus after each trip, a cotton will be stuck between their tooth and excess bledding cause a red stain...can't imagine. Luckily i asked my mom to opt me out of the dental scheme. Phew! So after so many years, i've nv been to a dentist except in Sec4 when i wanted braces. I saw a dentist in SGH.....zzzz...after doing xray and mould which make my corners of my mouth sore...nv forget. At second visit, she told me i have to do an operation due to my lower or upper jaw that is longer....=.=''' Immediately, this scare off my mum and myself. Up till this year, i thought this was needed. And then Huiyi recommend her dentist in NTUC Dentaicare. Hmm...second opinion...Dr Yang say it can be done even though its slightly complicated. Yes!
So i have assumption that SGH that Dental Centre must be because its heavily subsidise and need to wait up to 1 year to 2 years, scare me off by saying a opt is needed.......hmm....must be it....After that for 1 hour my tooth stay numb plus my upper left lip stay numbed for 2 hours too...feels like the lip rised a little...without my intention .......zzzzz still have another session

Yesterday, i bought the Time Crisis 3 bundle that comes with Guncon 2!!! at 99 bucks, discount at Seow Choon.....yeah!!! Next few days will be jamming on the guncon 2. Plus i bought 007-James Bond-Nightfire for 28!! Cheap!! But its the wrong one from the one i intended to buy....actually its the 007-agent under fire, a shooting game...zzz....nvm mistakes do happen...

Today....outing with mum to Chinatown....We went to Kreta Ayer Food Centre, the one where the basement has a wet market. i ate Hill Street Chay Keow Tiao, which my mum told me it was nice. i thought it was ok, nothing special. Just 1 row away, nice glutinous rice is sold in the mornings. She gave me a tour around the food centre promptly pointing out the stalls that serve nice food. She showed me the nice "Zhu Cheong Fun" in cantonese, "Zhu Chang Fen" in chinese. It will only open from 6am to 9am and 5pm onwards. From my mum's narration, the man is a grumpy old man.....Just a few rows from the zhu chang fen, claypot rice is supposed to be a delicious find only available after 5pm. Next up, i ate chendol from stall #02-156 which serve hot and cold desserts. The first taste was the obvious fragrance of fresh coconut milk and fresh ingredients in sweet assemble!! Oh my gosh, i'm a hopeless sweet tooth. :) I had to follow my mum go down to the wet market to buy her "yong tao hu", and commented to me nv buy fom stalls nearest the staircase as they tend to be more expensive. After making many twists and turns, we came to the store. My mum just pick out the yong tao hu with such expertise while i look on. After paying, she took out an ice cream tub and fill in those "yong tao hu". Typically auntie, u people must be thinking. Down a few stalls, she bought long beans and cucumbers. After the long winding route out of the market, we past by 18 Sago Street and bought 5 egg tarts from Leung Sang Hong Kong Pastries. They are my fav!!! Later we pop over to Maxwell Market to eat her fav Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice stall 10. She happily ate it and there after brought me several stalls away, a famous Hum Jin Bang stall 28 where hum jin bangost 7 pieces for a dollar. Value for money!! And the fun part is to fry the hum jin bang urself, self service, later packing urself. They are 2 flavours, sweet and salty ones. Both have their merits!! So why wait and drool. Let's go eat!!!!

Guess what?!?!
I got myself a modded ps2!!!!!! Woahh hooo!!! My second console since the "Sega Mega Drive 2" days!!! That time, the most memorable was the Lion King game played using Sega mega drive that i love it so much that i played to as far as possible.. but that era where got memory card, this kind of invention. I had to start all the way from beginnning to the stage that i was always stuck with when i start palying. So fustrating. That is alot of improvements since those days!! Oh yah, i remember about Aladdin was my all time fav too. Always dying at the lava pits. I gave up playing and left it to collect dusts. Now Mega drive sets cost not even peanuts......haiz...and i dunno where it had disappeared too. Yah.. talking about sega mega drive, after i bought it, ps1 was released soon after. I was so pissed at that time. I was so "gian" of the consoles. After so many years of discouragment from parents, my dad relented finally!!!Woooo hoo!! So excited and elated beyond words. My dad felt since he bought my bro a palm top, he allowed me to buy ps2....heheh....ur must know what's happening... no need to elaborate...
ok...now about the trip there!!! I met up with my cousin and had jap lunch in bugis, opposite Ajisan, must walk in further!! Cheap!!! At $9++ for a set lunch, i ate salmon in teriyaki sauce. It came with rice, main dish,vege,miso soup,chawanmushi and watermelon. Its a bargain. Later we discuss alot about games, i excited at the propect of playing those games that are coming out soon. We went to Seow Choon Games Specialist Pte Ltd along Jalan Besar which is opposite Sim Lim Tower. I was introduced to the lasted modded ps2. The man whom i think is call Mr Lim from the name card, advidise his products. When to a point when he said that his shop is one of the most reliable shops around, my cousin can be seen rolling his eyes...lolz...he showed us further inside the shop and said they have trained technitions to mod the ps2 and ask us to watch a demo by another person. He showed us the functions of modded set that can play all region games,play dvd,play "friendly" games. All the time only looking at my cousin and explaning....=.='''....i'm buying leh...why look at him....zzzzzz....i decided on an asian modded set. It cost $540. I went to select games at the huge glass cabinet, and found Buffy the Vampire Slayer:Chaos Bleed to my liking and bought it together with the set. The set comes with a modded se installed with DMS-3 chip,controller,memory card and a free game call V-Rally 3. So obviously free things do not really appeal much, the titles he shown me were all in jap..What the heck, i dun understand. So i pick up a racing game, which is call V-Rally 3. I paid for my purchase for S$637. I'm going back for more games later this week...heheh....oh shit...$$ flying

At around 4pm, i went to "Spar" minimart, something like a "7 elevan", is near my house. i went in and look at the magazines, first highlight of the mart. They have the latest fashion magazines and fave computer games mag available..but abit pissed, the other day when the price tag of mag is S$9.90 and scanner say S$12.90. I had to fork out extra...zzzz....anyway..zoom back...I look at the ice cream section and saw a new wall's ice cream, hence took a closer look. Its Wall's Crunch Stick, English Toffee flavour and immediately grabbed it and bought it, costing me S$1.40. The stick looks like laced with abit crunchy nuts and nice ice cream filling.... wooooo.... tasted wonderful.. going to buy some more soon...
